The Web page www.colfisiocv.com is the title of Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community and in compliance with the requirements arising from the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and current regulations on the protection of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights. Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community reserves the right to modify or adapt the present Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you check same each time you access the Web Page. In the course of which the user is registered on the web page and log in to your account or profile, on accessing same, you will be informed in the event that there have been substantial changes in relation to the processing of your personal data. If, for any reason, wants to get in contact with us in any matter related to the processing of their personal data or privacy (with our Data Protection officer), you can do so through any of the means indicated above. When, why, who, how, why and for how long we process their personal data?  When and why? You can browse most of our web pages without providing any personal information, but in some cases this information is necessary to provide the electronic services that you request from us. If we need to collect personal data to provide the service to you, we will treat the information according to the policy described in this document and in the specific conditions of the particular service concerned (if any), which contain specific statements of privacy on the use of the data and inform you of why, what, how, for how long we treat your personal data and what security measures we implement.  Who collects your data? The collection and processing of the personal data that you may provide to us, will be carried out by our company, or, in your case, your in charge of the treatment. In relation to this latter case, these managers are a third party which is required by contract your activity respects the law and implement the appropriate security measures to protect such data.  What for? The personal data that we collect, or that you provide to us for the reason of your browsing, we use to manage, provide and improve the services you have requested from us. For example, we will treat your personal data in order to manage the inquiries you send to us, to be able to manage your participation in the processes of personnel selection, to send you electronic communications in the event that we request, and/or for the production of statistics. In this sense, we require an e-mail when you use our contact forms on the website. We only collect the personal data of the sender, necessary to respond to it. When you subscribe to our newsletters, we also request an email to be able to provide the service, in any case, you can manage your low service when you want it and we make means at their disposal to do so.  What do we do with your data? We collect personal information exclusively to the extent necessary to achieve a specific purpose. The information is not to be used for a purpose incompatible with the one described. Only disclose information to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of the service and only the people who should know them. We keep the data only for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing. The period of retention of the data will depend on the service and each service is indicated the duration of the processing of personal data. At the end of this document we provide a table with the specific periods of conservation.  What purpose will we treat your personal data? - Customers: We treat your personal data with the aim of (i) manage your purchase or service provided; (ii) maintain the contractual and pre-contractual billing, budgeting, and monitoring of the same, as well as sending information by electronic means concerning your request; (iii) send communications about commercial information by electronic means that may be of interest to you, provided that you expressly authorized; (iv) we will prepare a commercial profile based on the information that you provide to us in order to be able to offer products and services according to your interests. No automated decisions will be made based on such profile. - Suppliers: We treat your personal data with the aim of (i) billing and (ii) maintain the commercial contact, (iii) as well as sending information by electronic means, about our products or services. - Contacts of the website or by e-mail: We treat your personal data with the aim of (i) respond to your questions and requests; (ii) management of the requested service or process your order; (iii) to send commercial information by electronic means that may be of interest to you, provided that you expressly authorized; (iv) we will prepare a commercial profile based on the information that you provide to us in order to be able to offer products and services according to your interests. No automated decisions will be made based on such profile. - Contacts social networks: We treat your personal data with the aim of (i) respond to your queries and requests, (ii) to manage the requested service, answer your request or process your order and (iii) interact with you and create a community of followers. - Job seekers: We treat your personal data with the aim of (i) have you in the selection process of recruitment, (ii) quote you for job interviews and evaluate your candidacy, (iii) communicate with your resume to companies of the group, partner or like-minded with the only goal for them to participate in their selection processes, provided that you have given us your consent. - Participants in our contests We treat your personal data with the purpose of managing your participation in the contests that we organize as well as to publicize the winners of the competition and the awards ceremony. Participants who are awarded may be photographed or recorded on video and disseminated in any media, our website or other means of communication. In consequence, it is possible that the image of the participants is captured, recorded and/or reproduced in accessory mode to the main activity. - Users from the web: By browsing our website, we collect information about your browser, your device and the data on the use you make of our web page as well as any information you provide to us when using our website. So anonymised or aggregated, we may record the IP address (identification number of the Internet access of the device, which allows the devices, systems, and servers to recognize and communicate with each other). The Portal can provide functionality to share content via third-party applications, such as Facebook or Twitter. These applications can collect and treat information related to the user's navigation on the different websites. Any personal information that is collected through these applications can be used by third-party users of the same. Their interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies that provide the application. The Portal can host blogs, forums, and other applications or social networking services, with the aim of facilitating the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information provided by the user may be shared with other users of that service, on which we do not have any control.  What is the legitimation for the processing of your data? - Customers: The legal basis for the processing of your data is (i) the performance of a contract, and the maintenance of the contractual relationship and (ii) your consent that you are prompted for the remission of offers of products and services through electronic means, without, in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditions the execution of the contract. - Suppliers: The legal basis for the processing of your data is (i) the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of measures pre-contractual. - Contacts of the website or by e-mail: The legal basis for the processing of your data is (i) the consent of the interested party. In those cases where to make a request it is necessary to fill in a form and make a "click" on the submit button, the realization of the same necessarily imply that it has been informed and have expressly granted your consent to the content of the clause attached to this form or acceptance of the privacy policy. All our forms have a check box that you need to dial to access the services that are offered. The aims of the treatment are the following: a) Manage the queries or requests for information that you send to us through the Website, e-mail or phone. (b) the Sending of communications, special promotions, news, or actions that are of interest to you, or ask us to apply even by electronic means. The personal data that you provide to us through this means will not be communicated to third parties, and Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community who give, directly reply to this kind of queries. - Contacts social networks: The legal basis for the processing of your data is the acceptance of the contractual relationship with the provider of the relevant social networking manifested when you register on your application and in accordance with their privacy policy, which is external to us. - Work with us: In the event that you provide your resume, either by means of the Web site, e-mail or physically in the home or any venue of Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community and incorporate them into your database. The resume will be stored for the period of 1 year, after which, in the case of not having been in contact with you, will be removed. The legal basis for the processing based on the consent given by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the curriculum vitae to refer the same and check the box enabled for this purpose. The aim of the treatment is to be added to present and future selection processes of Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community or any entity belonging to the business group. In the event that finally, the interested party is incorporated as an employee at the Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community or any of the entities belonging to the business group, your data will be incorporated into a database owned by the same, in order to manage internally the employment relationship, employee - employer. - Sending of Newsletters: In the Web Page, is allowed the option to subscribe to the Newsletter of Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community To do this, it is necessary to provide us an email address that will be forwarded to the same Such information will be stored in a database of Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community in which shall be registered until the interested party requests the floor of the same or, if applicable, will cease on the part of the Illustrious Official College of physical Therapists of the Valencian Community and of the sending of the same. The legal basis for the processing of these personal data is the express consent given by all those who subscribe to this service by checking the box intended for this purpose. The email data will only be processed and stored for the purpose of managing the sending of the Newsletter by the users who request the same. - Participants in our contests The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent when registering for the contest and accept the privacy policy and the rules of the competition. The personal data collected will not be transferred to third parties. - Users from the web: The legal basis for the processing of the data is our (i) a legitimate interest in the modes of navigation of our users and to adapt it to your interests and to enhance our relationship with them; as well as (ii) your consent when you browse our website and accept the terms of use of the cookies. What recipients will communicate your data to? Your data will not be transferred to third parties outside the service we provide, except legal obligation. In particular they shall be communicated to the State Agency of Tax Administration and to banks and financial entities for the collection of the service or product purchased. May also be communicated to your data to our service providers, when necessary for the execution of the contract. In these cases, the charge of the treatment has been committed by contract to use the data only for the purpose that justifies the treatment and maintain adequate security measures.  What security measures do we apply? You can be rest assured, we have taken technical and organizational measures appropriate to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability in the processing of your personal data which we are holding, in particular those which prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data.  What are your rights when you provide us with your data? You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, portability, limitation or opposition to the processing of their data, including the right to withdraw your consent given, as follows: Right of access: you Can ask us whether we are treating your data and in what way. Right of rectification: you Can ask us to update your personal data if they are incorrect, and delete them if you wish so. Right of limitation of treatment: In this case, will only be retained by us for the exercise or defense of claims. Right of opposition: After your request opposition to the processing, we will no longer process the data in the way that you indicate, unless for legitimate reasons, compelling or the exercise or defense of potential claims have to keep trying. Right to data portability: In case you want your data to be treated by another company, we will provide you with the portability of your data to the new head. Right of deletion: you Can request that we delete your data when it is no longer necessary for the treatment, you fold your consent, be an unlawful processing operation or has a legal obligation to do so. We will discuss the course and to apply the law. If you need more information about what rights you have recognized in the Law and how to exercise them, we recommend you go to the Spanish agency of Protection of Data, which is the supervisory authority in data protection. You can contact the Data Protection officer prior to the filing of a claim against the responsible of the treatment at the AEPD. In the event that you do not have cared for the exercise of your rights you can file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. We have forms for the exercise of rights that can be requested at the e-mail mentioned above; you can also use those developed by the Spanish Agency of Protection of Data, or those of third parties. These forms must be electronically signed or be accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI. If it acts through its representative in the same manner must be accompanied by a copy of your identity card or with an electronic signature. The forms must be filed in person or sent by postal mail or email at the addresses listed in the section “Responsible”. The maximum time to resolve is that of a month, to be counted from receipt of your request.  How long will we keep your data? The personal data will be kept as long as you keep the link with us. At the end of the same, the personal data processed in each of the aforementioned purposes will be retained for the periods stipulated in law. If you do not have the legal time until the interested party requests their deletion or to revoke the consent granted, or during the term that a judge or court may require servicing the term of limitation of actions.
