From the organization of this great international event we want to greet all the attendees and collaborators who join us in this wonderful city of Valencia to share knowledge about the complexity of tendons and science from all over the world. We welcome you to the 6th International Tendon Symposium (ISTS) to be held from November 9 to 11, 2023 at the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia (Spain).

The topic chosen for this edition, "Tendons in the 21st century", is intentionally broad to capture all aspects of the rapidly evolving field of tendon science and management. Whether you are a researcher, a clinician interested in tendon management or simply passionate about this topic, we encourage you to bring your knowledge and concerns to ISTS 2023.

We will have an outstanding program with renowned international speakers and expert guests in the clinical treatment of tendons, as well as in the biological bases of tendon diseases. The objective is to promote the exchange of knowledge between these key disciplines and generate debates around the controversies in the clinical treatment of tendon pathology and pain. In this edition, for the first time, the sessions will be simultaneously translated into Spanish, therefore We welcome our 'Spanish-speaking tendonophiles' to enjoy the full symposium experience.

New research will be presented as oral presentations or posters, abstract details will be posted onto this website shortly.

Valencia combines historic architecture and modern seaside Spain, providing a wonderful host city that has great food and wine and reasonably priced accommodation. The international conference committee from cannot wait for your attendance at this conference.
